Hope for the Heroes – 3 Days

When you arrive you’ll meet your tour manager. Your bus will pick you up and you’ll begin your tour. Welcome to Music City!

First you’ll participate in a rehearsal /master class with a  professional Nashville music director or musician. Here you’ll have an opportunity to work on the piece you’ll be recording.

Free time for lunch.

There’s nothing like a backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry House – it’s a must-see for everyone in Music City! Walk in the footsteps of country music’s superstars and get an exclusive look at what happens behind the scenes of the show that made country music famous! Your knowledgeable guide will share stories about the Opry and country music greats, show you photos from the Opry’s biggest moments in history and take you to the artist entrance – where legends, new artists, and superstars alike enter the Opry House on the night of an Opry show.

You’ll have free time at the Opry Mills before dinner.

You’ll have dinner at the Opry Backstage Grill.

You’ll see a show at the Grand Ole Opry, then return to your hotel for the night.

You’ll have breakfast.

You’ll visit the Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee. This full-scale replica of the original Parthenon in Athens was built in 1897 as part of the Tennessee Centennial Exposition. Today the Parthenon stands as the centerpiece of Centennial Park. You’ll be able to walk around the outside of the museum and take photos.

You’ll take a self guided tour of the Ryman Auditorium, a National Historic Landmark and must see for anyone visiting Nashville. Most famous as the home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 to 1974, its history as Nashville’s premier theater and central gathering place started even before construction was complete in 1892.

You will take a break for lunch.

Next you’ll learn about the charity that you’re supporting. You’ll hear from the Wounded Warrior Project about the amazing work they do to support America’s post 9/11 wounded veterans.

Your group will arrive at a major Nashville recording studio (examples are Ocean Way, Black River, Blackbird, Sound Emporium, Sound Kitchen) where you’ll have a chance to record your next hit! You’ll pass through the control room into the studio where the sound engineers will work with you to make the perfect recording. After your recording session, your song will be mixed and mastered by some of Nashville’s top engineers as they prepare it for release on all major streaming platforms. Once released, all revenue from streams and downloads will be donated to Wounded Warrior Project. You’ll spend several hours in the studio for your session.

You’ll visit the Johnny Cash Museum where you’ll find the most comprehensive collection of Johnny Cash artifacts and memorabilia in the world.

You’ll visit the Goo Goo Shop and Dessert Bar, the home of the famous Goo Goo Cluster. You’ll learn the incredible history of this famous treat and you’ll have an opportunity to treat yourself to a sweet treat as well.

You’ll have dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in Nashville and then return to your hotel for the evening.

You’ll have breakfast and check out of the hotel.

You’ll take a guided tour of RCA Studio B. Historic RCA Studio B is one of the world’s most important and successful recording studios. More than 35,000 songs were brought to life by the Studio B magic! Step into the house of the hitmakers and discover the legend of this Music Row landmark.

You’ll take an audio tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame. The mission of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is to identify and preserve the evolving history and traditions of country music and to educate its audiences. Functioning as a local history museum and as an international arts organization, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum serves many audiences including fans, students, scholars, and members of the music industry.

You will take a break for lunch.

You’ll visit The Musicians Hall of Fame, a premiere Nashville attraction and the one and only museum in the world that honors the talented musicians who actually played on the greatest recordings of all time.

You’ll head to the airport for your return trip home.
