You’ll visit the Gateway Arch Riverfront and go to the top of the 630-foot-tall Arch. At the highest point in downtown St. Louis, you’ll experience unforgettable views of the city and the Mississippi River.
You’ll enjoy a delicious buffet dinner while musicians play riverboat style jazz! In addition to a wonderful dinner, this cruise offers magnificent views of the breathtaking St. Louis skyline by night.
After dinner, you’ll head to your hotel to rest for the evening.
After breakfast, you will visit the City Museum. This museum is the brainchild of local artists who created the museum from items such as old chimneys, salvaged bridges, construction cranes, miles of tile, and even a couple of abandoned airplanes. There are 4,000 square-feet of man-made caves and tunnels, an enchanted forest with sky tunnels, an aquarium, a working shoelace factory, daily circus performances and much more.
You will have some free time to explore at Union Station, also known as “The Grandest Station in the Nation”.
After lunch, you will visit the Saint Louis Art Museum. This museum is one of the nation’s leading comprehensive art museums with collections that include works of art of exceptional quality from virtually every culture and time period.
Next, you will visit the Missouri History Museum where you will get to view both national artifacts, as well as Missouri and St. Louis related materials, such as local colonial and native artifacts, Louisiana Purchase Exposition artifacts, and items relating to Charles Lindbergh and his trans-Atlantic flight in the “Spirit of St. Louis”.
After dinner you will return to your hotel for the evening.
After breakfast, you will visit Busch Stadium where you will take a guided tour and get a behind the scenes tour of one of baseball’s greatest ballparks. You will get to see the Redbird Club, the dugouts, the field and so much more!
You will visit the Saint Louis Science Center where you will get to explore more than 700 hands-on exhibits and find out what it’s like to live and work in outer space.
After lunch, you’ll visit the Busch family estate. Home to more than 1,000 animals, this Busch family estate was once owned by Ulysses S. Grant. At Grant’s Farm, you will get to see animals roaming freely while riding a tram through the wildlife preserve, animal shows, and the Budweiser Clydesdales.
Your trip comes to a close as you begin your return trip home.
