Cancellation Policy

We want to make your trip happen, but we understand sometimes circumstances arise that take priority over travel plans.

On this page you’ll find information on what you can do if you need to cancel a trip. Can’t make heads or tails of it? Give us a call! We’re more than happy to explain the details and answer all of your questions.

Individual travelers who have purchased trip cancellation insurance may cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure to receive a 70% refund (except residents of the state of New York.) If you’re cancelling for a medical reason, you can submit a claim to receive a full refund. If you have not purchased insurance, we can change the name of the traveler; anyone traveling with a school group must have permission from the school.

If your group isn’t able to meet the minimum number of travelers discussed in your tour agreement, there are several options for you:

  1. We’ll work with you to rearrange your trip so that you can travel at the original quoted price.
  2. We’ll let you know the new cost to keep your trip exactly the same based on a smaller number of travelers.
  3. We’ll cancel your trip and everyone will receive a full refund.
