Corpus Christi Educational Tours

Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the city of Corpus Christi welcomes visitors to  enjoy more than 100 miles of sandy shores! Groups looking for educational attractions should head to Shoreline Boulevard, where the Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington are located. The harbor-front Texas State Aquarium has touch pools, an aquatic nursery and a shark exhibit, while the nearby USS Lexington, A WWII aircraft carrier, now houses a naval aviation museum. Corpus Christi is the home of Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and Del Mar College. Other cultural institutions include the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History and the Art Museum of South Texas. The city hosts several musical and cultural festivals throughout the year, including the South Coast Music Festival, a competition for high school bands and orchestras.
