Travel Documents Required
Travel within the United States by Air:
For flights with the United States, all travelers 18 years and older must have a valid government issued photo ID. Anyone under the age of 18 traveling with an adult is NOT REQUIRED to have any ID.

*Please be aware that beginning May 7, 2025, You must have a “REAL-ID” compliant Driver’s license. To see if you’re ID is compliant, visit the Department of Homeland Security’s website here (https://www.dhs.gov/real-id)
Travel to Canada from the United States by Bus:
U.S. and Canadian citizens under the age of 19 arriving by land or sea from contiguous territory and traveling with a school group, religious group, social organization, cultural organization or sports team do not require a passport. They may travel with a passport or may also present an original copy of their birth certificate, naturalization certificate or Canadian citizenship card. All Adults over the age of 19 will be required to have a valid passport. Travelers who are not U.S. or Canadian citizens must confirm any specific visa and other travel document requirements with our office or the consulate of the destination country.
Travel to any country outside the United States by Air:
All travelers must have a valid passport and any travelers aged 18 and under should have a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by both parents. If you are a U.S. citizen, we will advise you if a visa is required for travel to your destination. U.S. residents must travel with their green card and the passport from their country of origin. Travelers who are not U.S. citizens must confirm any specific visa and other travel document requirements with our office or the consulate of the destination country.
*If traveling to or through the United Kingdom, an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is required for US Citizens. Keep in mind that this is required even if your flight is just connecting in London or another city in the UK.
